Moderating the content of your forum

Please note that your forum account and your Website Toolbox account are completely separate and should not be confused for one account. Your Website Toolbox account is used to manage the settings of your forum, while your forum user account, assigned as a moderator or administrator, is used to manage the content.

There are 4 types of moderators:

  1. Category Moderators - Can moderate the content of a specific category.
  2. Calendar Moderators - Can moderate the content of a specific calendar.
  3. Album Moderators - Can moderate the content of a specific moderator.
  4. Administrators - Can moderate everything, including content, members, albums, calendars, etc.

To assign a category moderator, follow these instructions.

To assign an album moderator, follow these instructions.

To assign an administrator, follow these instructions.

You can also use the inappropriate content filter as an automated moderator. It can automatically detect and reject or require approval of posts containing toxicity, insults, profanity, identity attacks, flirtatious or sexually explicit content, or threats using machine learning.
