Assigning an album moderator

An album moderator can edit or delete pictures or albums of any user. You can assign a user as an album moderator by giving them the Moderate Albums user group permission.

First, create a user group for album moderators by following the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
  2. Click the Users link.
  3. In the Users menu, click the Group Permissions link.
  4. Click on the New User Group button.
  5. Enter Album Moderators for the Title option.
  6. Choose the settings for your user group. It is safe to leave all permissions off.
  7. Check the check box next to the Moderate Albums permission.
  8. Save your settings.

Next, assign the user to the Album Moderators user group by following the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
  2. Click the Users link
  3. In the Users menu, click the Group Permissions link.
  4. Under the Change a User's User Group section, enter the Username of the user. (If the user's account hasn't been created yet, first register the user account.)
  5. Click Submit
  6. Check the check box for the Album Moderators user group.
  7. Save your changes.

Alternatively, you can assign a user as an administrator, which gives them full permission to moderate all content and members.
