You can view the members of your forum who have purchased a recurring Paid Access subscription in your Website Toolbox account, with PayPal, or with Stripe.
If your forum collects payments through PayPal, follow the directions mentioned below:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile near the top of the page.
- Select My selling preferences on the left side of the page.
- In the Getting paid and managing risk section, beside My automatic payments, click on Update.
This will display all the users of your forum who have enabled the recurring payments for your forum usage. All the users who have paid for the forum membership will be listed under the My Customers section.
If your forum collects debit or credit card payments through Stripe, follow the directions mentioned below:
- Log in to your Stripe account at dashboard.stripe.com.
- Open the Customers section and find the member by name or email address.
- Open the member, then view their Subscriptions and Payments details.
Stripe shows the status of each subscription, the renewal dates, and the payment history for your forum.
You can also log in to your Website Toolbox account and view the users that have paid to use your forum.
