Your forum has a Billing page where users manage their own paid access. The link appears in the account menu of your forum whenever Paid Access is enabled on your forum, or when the user has paid transactions.

What users can do from the Billing page

• See the plan they are subscribed to and when it renews.
• Click Change subscription to move to a different plan or term.
• Click Cancel subscription to stop the subscription at the end of the paid period.
• Click Add a Card to pay with a debit or credit card.
• See the status of their free trial, if your forum offers one.

Opening the Billing page

1. Log in to your forum account.
2. Click the avatar image or menu icon at the top of the page.
3. Select the Billing link.
