1. Log in to your forum account. (You must be using an administrator account.)
2. View the user's profile.
3. Click Unban. (If the Unban button is not visible, the logged-in user likely does not have administrator privileges.)

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click Users.
3. Click Banned.
4. Check the checkbox next to the user you want to unban.
5. In the action toolbar at the top, click Unban .

If you have banned an IP address that is not associated with a user account, follow these steps to unban it:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click Users.
3. Click Banned.
4. Click the Banned IP Addresses link.
5. Check the checkbox next to the IP address you want to unban.
6. Click the Unban button in the floating menu at the bottom-left corner.

If user accounts are disabled on your forum:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click Users.
3. Click Banned.
4. Check the checkbox next to the user you want to unban.
