Approving and declining members
You can approve or decline pending members in your forum by following the steps below:
- Log in to your forum account. (You must be assigned as an administrator.)
- On mobile devices and in some themes, click Main Menu located near the top-left corner of the page. Skip this step if Main Menu is not visible.
- Click the Categories link.
- Click Moderation Queue located at the top-right of the page.
- Click Approve or Decline next to the username of the pending member.
You can also approve or decline pending forum members through the Website Toolbox admin area by following these instructions:
- Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
- Click Users.
- Click the Pending Approval user group. (If there is no Pending Approval user group, the Approve Users option has not been enabled.)
- Select the checkbox next to the users you want to approve or decline.
- In the action toolbar that appears at the top, click Approve or Decline .
You can also receive an email notification when a new signup occurs in your forum.
