Receiving email on your managed custom domain name
If you have purchased a Website Toolbox Managed Domain Name for your forum, any email received on that domain name will automatically be forwarded to the email address that was provided for your Website Toolbox account in the Account Settings section during the time of your purchase. If your email address changes, please inform customer support so they can update your managed domain name accordingly.
If you would like to be able to send email replies using your managed domain name, please contact customer support.
