How do I change the length that my subscription will renew for?

You can have your recurring subscription renew for a different subscription length than the one you initially purchased. For example, you could have initially purchased a monthly subscription and now want to renew for a 1 year subscription.

Please follow the directions below to change your subscription renewal length:
  1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
  2. Click the link for your username at the top of the page.
  3. In the menu that opens, select the Billing link.
  4. Click image next to the subscription you would like to change. If you don't see that image, it means that changing the term of the subscription is not permitted.
  5. Select a new subscription length in the dropdown box that appears.
  6. Your changes will automatically be saved and the page will reload.
  7. The resulting page should show the new subscription information you selected.

The above process will tell the system to renew your subscription for the specified subscription length when your subscription expires. However, if the Status column next to the subscription says "Not Recurring" that means your subscription will not automatically be renewed and you should either activate automatic renewal for the subscription or make your purchase manually by following these instructions.
