How can I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?

If you have already completed your payment, you can print a receipt by following the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
  2. Click the link for your username at the top of the page.
  3. In the menu that opens, select the Billing link.
  4. Click the payment ID of the payment.
  5. A new browser window will open with the printable receipt.

If you would like to receive an invoice before making your payment, please contact customer support and mention the product name, subscription length, and plan (if applicable). For example, the basic plan of the forum product for one year.
