If you prefer that your members only access your community through the web browser and not through the mobile app, you can disable the mobile app from your admin settings.
Steps to disable the mobile app
- Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
- Go to Settings from the left sidebar.
- Click Add-ons.
- Disable the Mobile App option.
- Click Save.
Once disabled, the mobile app smart banner and app download prompts will no longer appear to your members. Users who already have the app installed will still be able to use it, but new users will not be prompted to download it.
To re-enable the mobile app at any time, simply go back to Settings > Add-ons and enable the Mobile App option again.
