There is no way to view the passwords of your forum users because the password is encrypted in our database.

If one of your users has lost their password, they can retreive it by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the log in screen of the forum.

You can also reset a user's password by editing a user's profile and entering a new password in the password textbox.
