Anonymous/Guest posting

Your forum can be configured to allow or disallow users to post in a specific category or all categories anonymously (without registering). The user can optionally provide their name and email address when posting. The IP address of the user is still recorded in case it becomes necessary to ban them.

  1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
  2. Click the Users link.
  3. In the Users menu, click the Group Permissions link.

  5. In the Manage menu, click Permissions.
  6. Check or uncheck the check box for the Post Topics, Reply Topics, and Reply to own topics permissions.
