Step-by-Step: Add Your Forum
- Visit zoho.com/sites and log in to your Zoho account. If you don't have one, click Sign Up to create a free account.
- From the Zoho Sites dashboard, click Create New Site to start a new website, or open an existing site where you want to add the forum.
- In the page editor, you'll need to add a new page for your forum. Click Pages in the left panel, then click Add Page. Name it something like "Forum" or "Community" and click Done.

You can either embed the forum directly into the page or link to it. Both approaches start the same way. You'll need your Website Toolbox forum URL or embed code:
- Log in to your Website Toolbox account or create a new forum if you don't already have one.
- Copy your forum URL. You'll need this for the linking approach.
- For the embedding approach, go to Integrate → Embed , and copy the embed code.

Option A: Embed the forum: In the Zoho Sites page editor, click the Add Elements icon (the "+" button) in the left panel.
