Step-by-Step: Add Your Forum

Option A: Embed the Forum

1. Visit zenfolio.com and log in to your account. If you don't have one, click Get Started to create an account.
2. Create a page for your forum: In your account, click the Website icon on the left-hand side to open the website editor. Choose the Navigation tab, click the + icon to create a new page, select Blank Page, and click Add Page. Enter a name for your page, such as Forum, and press Enter.
3. Get your Website Toolbox embed code:
   1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account or create a new forum if you don't already have one.
   2. Go to Integrate Embed → Embed your forum and copy the embed code.
4. Add the forum to your page: On your new page, click the + (Add Block) icon on the right-hand side where you want the forum to appear. Scroll down to Other Blocks and select the Code Block. On the left-hand side, click the HTML Code Editor button, paste your Website Toolbox embed code, and click Done. The Code Block is available on Zenfolio's Professional and Advanced plans.
5. Make the page public: In the Navigation tab, under the Draft/Hidden list, click the ellipsis icon next to your new page and select Move to Public. This adds the page to your site's menu.
6. Click Publish in the top right-hand corner to make your changes live.
7. Copy the URL of your published Forum page. You can find it in your site navigation or by visiting your published site and opening the page.
8. Go back to Website Toolbox, open Integrate → Embed → Embed Your Forum, and paste your Zenfolio Forum page URL into the Where is the forum embedded? field.

Option B: Link to the Forum

1. Visit zenfolio.com and log in to your account. If you don't have one, click Get Started to create an account.
2. Create a link to your forum: In your account, click the Website icon on the left-hand side to open the website editor. Choose the Navigation tab, click the + icon to create a new page, and select Link Page To URL. Click Add Page.
3. Get your Website Toolbox forum URL:
   1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account or create a new forum if you don't already have one.
   2. Copy your forum URL.
4. Enter the Page Name that will appear in your site menu, such as Forum, and paste your Website Toolbox forum URL into the URL field. Choose to open the link in a new tab (recommended for external links), then click Save.
5. Make the link public: Under the Draft/Hidden list, click the ellipsis icon next to the link and select Move to Public. This adds the Forum link to your site's menu.
6. Click Publish in the top right-hand corner to make your changes live.
