Step-by-Step: Add Your Forum

1. Log in to your PrestaShop back office (admin panel) at your store's admin URL.
2. In the left menu, go to Improve → Design → Pages. Click the + Add New Page button to create a new CMS page for your forum.
3. Enter a Title for your page (e.g., "Forum"). Fill in the SEO fields (Meta Title, Meta Description) as needed. Make sure Displayed is set to Yes so the page is visible on your store.
4. You can either embed the forum directly into the page or link to it. Both approaches start the same way. You'll need your Website Toolbox forum URL or embed code:
   1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account or create a new forum if you don't already have one.
   2. Copy your forum URL. You'll need this for the linking approach.
   3. For the embedding approach, go to Integrate Embed → Embed your forum , and copy the embed code.

5. Option A: Embed the Forum

   1. In the Page Content editor, click the Source code button (</>) to switch to HTML source mode.
   2. Paste your Website Toolbox embed code into the source code editor.
   3. Click OK to apply, then click Save to publish the page.
   4. Important: PrestaShop disables iframes by default. To enable them, go to Shop Parameters → General and set Allow iframes on HTML fields to Yes. Also set Use HTMLPurifier Library to No. Click Save. Then go back and re-save your CMS page.

   Option B: Link to the Forum

   1. In the Page Content editor, type the text you want to use as a link (e.g., "Visit our Forum").
   2. Select the text and click the Link button in the editor toolbar.
   3. Paste your Website Toolbox forum URL into the URL field and click OK.
   4. Click Save to publish the page. You can also add the forum link to your store's main navigation menu by going to Improve → Navigation → Menu.
6. Visit your store's front office and navigate to the new Forum page to confirm the forum is displaying correctly.
7. Copy the URL of your published Forum page from your browser's address bar.
8. If you chose the embedding approach, go back to the Website Toolbox Integrate → Embed → Embed Your Forum section and paste your PrestaShop Forum page URL into the Where is the forum embedded? field.
