Step-by-Step: Add Your Forum

Option A: Embed the Forum

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account or create a new forum if you don't already have one.
2. Go to Integrate → Embed → Embed your forum , and copy the embed code.
3. Visit neonone.com and log in to your Neon CRM account.
4. Open the Neon website builder for the site where you want to add the forum.
5. Open the page where you want the forum to appear, or add a new page to your site.
6. In the left panel, click Widgets.
7. Click and drag the HTML widget onto your page where you want the forum to appear.
8. Right-click the HTML widget and choose Edit Content.
9. Paste your Website Toolbox embed code into the text box provided.
10. Click Update to save your changes.
11. Publish your site to make the page live.
12. Copy the URL of your published Forum page.
13. Go back to the Website Toolbox Integrate → Embed → Embed Your Forum section and paste your Neon Forum page URL into the Where is the forum embedded? field.

Option B: Link to the Forum

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account or create a new forum if you don't already have one.
2. Copy your forum URL.
3. Visit neonone.com and log in to your Neon CRM account.
4. Open the Neon website builder for the site where you want to add the forum.
5. Add a link to your forum URL in your site's navigation menu or on a page. You can use a text link or a button.
6. Publish your site to make the change live.

Single Sign On

Neon CRM includes its own constituent login system, and it can act as an OAuth 2.0 provider. This means you can connect your Neon CRM accounts to your Website Toolbox forum so your members can sign in to the forum using their existing Neon login.

How to set up single sign on using OAuth:

1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Go to Integrate → Single Sign On.
3. Under Your Website Builder, select Custom OAuth from the dropdown.
4. In Neon CRM, go to the Settings cog → Global Settings → OAuth Configuration to create your OAuth credentials and obtain your client ID and client secret.
5. Paste the client ID and client secret into the corresponding fields in Website Toolbox, along with the authorization and access token URLs provided by Neon CRM.
6. Set the Website Toolbox OAuth callback URL as the redirect URI in your Neon CRM OAuth configuration.
7. Click Save.
