You can embed a forum into your HubSpot website by getting your forum embed code and then following these instructions to insert the embed code into your HubSpot website.
Step 1: Get your embed code
- Log in to your Website Toolbox account.
- Click the Integrate link in the main menu.
- Click the Embed link.
- Click the Embed your forum link.
- If a Create A Subdomain First button appears, click it to connect your forum to your website domain so that it remains embedded when accessed from the Safari browser, or click Get Embed Code to come back to this step later.
- Click Get Embed Code and copy the embed code to your clipboard.
Step 2: Add the embed code to your website
Once you have the embed code, you can add it to your website by following the steps below.
- Visit the HubSpot website.
- Log in to your HubSpot website account.
- Click Marketing tab on the top navigation bar and select Website.
- Click Landing Pages button.
- Click Create button to add a new page.
- Select Blank template.
- Type in Forum in the Internal Page Name text box and hit Create page button.
- Scroll the page down, hover the mouse over the default page text and select Rich Text icon.
- Select all text and delete it.
- Click Advanced, select Source code.
- Paste the embed code into the text box.
- Click Save changes.
- Click Settings.
- Enter Forum in the Page title text box.
- Click Save on the top left corner.
- Click Publish.
- Go to your website. A Forum link will now appear in the navigation of your website. Clicking that will open a page with your forum embedded in it.
