Embedding a Forum into your CustomerHub website

You can embed a forum into your CustomerHub website by getting your forum embed code and then following these instructions to insert the embed code into your CustomerHub website.

  1. Visit the CustomerHub website.
  2. Log in to your CustomerHub account admin panel.
  3. Click the Pages button in the top navigation menu bar.
  4. Click the Create page link.
  5. Select the Custom button in the Page Type.
  6. Type Forum in the Name text box.
  7. Click on Source code <> icon.
  8. Copy your forum embed code.
  9. Paste it into the text box that appears and click Save.
  10. Click Save & Publish button at the bottom.
  11. Go to your website. A Forum link will now appear in the navigation of your website. Clicking that will open a page with your forum embedded in it.

Please select Other as your Website Builder in the Single Sign On settings to set up Single Sign On between your CustomerHub website and your forum.
