Step-by-Step: Add Your Forum

Option A: Embed the Forum

1. Visit cargo.site and log in to your Cargo account. If you don't have one, click Get Started to create an account.
2. Open the site where you want to add the forum. Click the Pages menu at the top-right, click the + icon, and choose New Page. Name the page Forum.
3. Get your Website Toolbox embed code:
   1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account or create a new forum if you don't already have one.
   2. Go to Integrate Embed → Embed your forum and copy the embed code.
4. Open your new Forum page and click the Code button (</>) in the editor toolbar to open Code View, which contains the raw HTML of your page content.
5. Paste your Website Toolbox embed code into the page HTML and click Update to apply your changes.
6. Open Publish Settings (in the right menu bar) and click Publish Changes to make your page live.
7. Copy the URL of your published Forum page. Each published page has a direct URL based on its title, for example yoursite.cargo.site/forum.
8. Go back to Website Toolbox, open Integrate → Embed → Embed Your Forum, and paste your Cargo Forum page URL into the Where is the forum embedded? field.

Option B: Link to the Forum

1. Visit cargo.site and log in to your Cargo account. If you don't have one, click Get Started to create an account.
2. Open the site where you want to add the forum link.
3. Get your Website Toolbox forum URL:
   1. Log in to your Website Toolbox account or create a new forum if you don't already have one.
   2. Copy your forum URL.
4. Open the page where you want the link to appear, for example a pinned page used as your site's navigation menu. Select the text or image you want to turn into a link.
5. Open the Link menu (press ⌘K on Mac, or Ctrl+K on Windows) and choose External. Paste your Website Toolbox forum URL into the link field, and toggle the icon to the right of the link field to open the forum in a new window.
6. Open Publish Settings (in the right menu bar) and click Publish Changes to make the link live.
