Embedding a Chat Room into your CustomerHub website

You can embed a Chat Room into your CustomerHub website by getting your chat room embed code and then following these instructions to insert the embed code into your CustomerHub website.

  1. Visit the CustomerHub website.
  2. Log in to your CustomerHub account admin panel.
  3. Click the Pages button in the top navigation menu bar.
  4. Click the Create page link.
  5. Select the Custom button in the Page Type.
  6. Type chatroom in the Name text box.
  7. Click on Source code <> icon.
  8. Copy your chat room embed code.
  9. Paste it into the text box that appears and click Save.
  10. Click Save & Publish button at the bottom.
  11. Go to your website. A chat room link will now appear in the navigation of your website. Clicking that will open a page with your chat room embedded in it.
