: How do I delete my Website Toolbox account?

Your Website Toolbox account can only be deleted if it is in free trial or disabled mode. If your account is in one of those modes, there will be a "Delete Account" link located toward the top left of the page when you login to your Website Toolbox account.

Website Toolbox accounts that have a paid membership cannot be deleted until the membership expires. We do not offer refunds of any kind unless a mistake was made on part of Website Toolbox.

If you have a paid account and are concerned about additional charges being made to your account, please refer to this support article for instructions on how to stop your memberships from automatically renewing.
