Why are ads being shown on my paid forum?

If you have previously purchased a paid membership for a forum with Website Toolbox and now you see ads on your forum, it is most likely because your membership was not renewed in time. When your forum membership expires, your forum automatically goes into a free mode that is supported by ads so that you do not encounter any disruption in your service until you can make the next payment.

Membership expiration notification emails are sent out 30 days and 7 days before the expiration. Please verify that the email address provided in the Account Settings section of your Website Toolbox account is correct if you did not receive those emails.

You can login to your Website Toolbox account and purchase your forum again to remove the advertisements from it.
