: Approving and declining members

You can approve or decline pending members in your message board by following the directions below:

1. Login to your message board account. (Must be a moderator or administrator account.)
2. Click the link next to the "Pending approval" text towards the top of the main page in your message board. If there is no "Pending approval" text that means the appropriate permissions are not set for the moderator account or you do not have Membership Approval activated.
3. Click the account name of the pending member.
4. Click the "Approve" or "Decline" link.
