		<description>Hi,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Over the years,&amp;nbsp; I have been involved in working with a client organization and have found out the the most &quot;difficult&quot; person in the organization was not adequately reached in training. Although they were in the training session, they had no idea that many of the negative behaviors that I described directly applied to them. This is frequently a source of frustration for client organizations because they really want to reach the &quot;difficult&quot; employee and change their behavior. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have concluded that a root issue in this scenario is a poor intrapersonal relationship within the &quot;difficult&quot; person. I have based my use of the term intrapersonal on the definition developed by Dr. Howard Gardner of Harvard University - &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&quot;intrapersonal intelligence - our cognitive ability to understand and sense our &quot;self.&quot; Intrapersonal intelligence allows us to tap into our being - who we are, what feelings we have, and why we are this way.
