		<title>My weight loss </title>

		<description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hi everyone&lt;br&gt;I thought I would post my progress here, along with all my success and struggles.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Since I have been trained by Omar and have followed his diet regime with success, I trust all of his advice and recommendations.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have been following his diet recommendations for 1 week now and I am down 2 pounds (it was actually 4 pounds, but I think I was carrying a lot of water on that initial weigh in.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Work outs:&lt;br&gt;Tue, Wed, Thus, Sun : weight lifting routine 45min&lt;br&gt;Tue, Wed : brisk walk 20 min at lunch&lt;br&gt;Sat: Skiing cross country 1 hour.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Eating:&lt;br&gt;I am eating around 1270 cals/day with an emphasis on increased protein consumption and low carb.&lt;br&gt;The protein is keeping me full longer and the carbs are not so low that I feel tiered&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Also: a tip for all the ladies: when I watch tv (which is always in the evenings) I used to eat whatever I had available. As long as I was watching Tv I would be eating&lt;br&gt;Now I have switched to knitting. It keeps my hands busy and I don't gain weight from it.
