I didn't follow this case closely, but Simpson was definitely guilty

Colleges and Universities--from the Battle of the Bands and drum line competition to the college expo and

cultural fair. This year, more than 70,000 people are expected to attend the event.

QUALITY OF PRESENTATION AND WHAT WE PROVIDE:

The Farmers Angel City Classic (ACC) is owned and produced by Black Educational Events, LLC (BEE). Our primary purpose is

to bring Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to western geographies to perform in a classic event showcasing the

relevance and rich traditions of these institutions. The highlight of the Classic is the football game, which is offered in a family-friendly

environment. We require that each participating vendor have a professional presentation that is consistent with ACC standards. Your

signage and banner should be clean and professional looking. We reserve the right to shut down any vendor booth if the product sold does

not conform with the family-friendly environment of the ACC. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE VENDORS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

APPLICATION DEADLINE AND NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE:

To take advantage of the Early -Bird Vendor Discount, your application and full payment must be received by FRIDAY,

AUGUST 31, 2008. All applications and payments must be received by FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2008. Please return a completed

application and a signed copy of the terms and conditions, along with a separate check/payment. Once accepted, you will receive your

participation packet with all the information you need to participate. Each General Vendor Booth includes one six-foot (6) table and

two chairs.

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex only), money order, or check. Upon acceptance, payments will

be processed. We will contact you prior to processing your payment. A $35 charge will be assessed for any bounced check (no

exceptions). Once vendor applications to the event have been accepted and processed, no refunds will be made available. All funds

from vendor-accepted applications are committed to the production, promotion, and marketing* of the Vendor Fair for the Classic.
