Food Plots

I hunt in Mississippi. I am looking for the best foodplot mix for the summers. The weather is dry, and I am on an Island so the soil is sandy. Some tips on food plot planting would be helpful. PH levels? best dry weather mix? which one have you seen that deer like the most?
