09:24 ETFD was requested to establish a landing zone at Industry Ballfield for ETAEMS medic units. E-143 arrived at the LZ and was informed by 520 C-3 that they would be transporting by ground due to primary aircraft being diverted and 12 minute ETA for secondary aircraft. Stove Fire - E. Smithfield

18:59 ETFD was called to 910 East Smithfield Street for a kitchen appliance on fire inside the residence. Chief 144 arrived and reported nothing showing from the residential structure. E-144 investigated and found that that fire appeared to be extinguished. Chief 144 held units from station 144, to remove the appliance as well as smoke conditions from the structure, and cancelled all additional units.

Motor Vehicle Accident - Fallen Timber

02:52 ETFD was called to 1225 Fallen Timber Rd for a motor vehicle accident with reported entrapment. ETPD arrived on scene and reported no entrapment. E-143 along with R-147 arrived on scene at 02:58. 143 Asst. cancelled all units with the exception of units on scene for scene lighting and cleanup. Two patients were evaluated by medic units from 520 and 590. All units cleared at 04:10.
