Molds, oven, goop available

Hello all. I had fun with the original Thingmaker when I was a kid, think I might even still have a tongue around somewhere. When the Toymax version came out in 1992, I bought stuff for my kids. They didn't use it a heck of a lot and now I want to give it a better home. I have a 1992-version Toymax oven; goop (2 metallic, green & purple stretch, 2 color-change, 2 black, 2 yellow, 1 purple, 1 red, 1 green-ish, 1 glow-in-the-dark, 1 orange, 1 brown, 1 unknown color...); 2 green Goop FX pens; 1 orange Goop FX pen; 4 detail tips for goop; hair & assorted weaponry; and the following molds: #325 3-D lizards; #326 3-D flies; #79-1 Octoracnid/snailopper; #78-1 Squidoach; Creeple People head molds (2), arm molds (2), body parts (#42-1 thru 47-1). Oven hasn't been used in years, but worked last time we used it. Goop is old... But molds are in like-new condition. Will take & post pictures if needed. Would rather get rid of it all at once but will part out. Cost: I'm reasonable, we can work something out.

Thingmaker II again hehe

I just won an unused Thingmaker II on eBay. My cousin had one when I was a kid and I've wanted that thing ever since. I've read some of the old posts here concerning the Thingmaker II and was wondering if anyone ever figured out a goop substitute? I think I've got an idea for one.
I make rubber halloween masks and I'm 100% sure that mask latex would work in those plastic molds. Downside would be the long cure time (I'm estimating at least 6 hours) and about 10% shrinkage, which really isn't too bad. Upside is the finished product could be painted with acrylics.
I'll let you know how it goes once I get the molds.
clear Goop

Clear goop,, Shrunken head,, First make a shrunken head any color,, filling only a third of the way and dont use the insert,,cure, cool, remove, then fill mold 2/3 of the way with a good Clear, (Plasti-craft is the best) let it cure a few min, then add the colored face you already made,, you get a shrunken head with a kinda depth to the look,,
Try it with a skeleton its really cool,,

SuperPlastic and Plasti-Steel available soon

Ok all you Plasti-Steel, and Topper SuperPlastic toy enthusiasts, there has been enough interest that I will make another batch of Plasti-Craft Superplastic. I have had a report that Superplastic works well in the old metal Mattel Injector molds too. Superplastic is thicker than goop but still pours. When it cools to room temp it is a hard rigid plastic. This will be a limited supply as there is limited demand and it is so thick that it burns out my mixer. I expect to have it out within the next few weeks. Again, limited supply once it is gone it will be a while (year?) before I make more. Watch the Goopy News updates on my homepage www.dr-goop.com and www.retro-hobbies.com for more info. I expect to make clear, blue, red, yellow, ogre green. Retro-Hobbies will have some other specialtiy colors available as well. Taking suggestions for colors.

Mini-Dragon Prototype Molds

I have a question for the SERIOUS collectors out there.

I own all the production series mini-dragon molds, the eight from the boxed set and the three card set molds.

But there were clearly prototype molds that included some body parts that were not in the production sets.

We can see at least some of these parts in the illustrations in the instructions, and in the photos on the box.

I can identify:

a bat shape wing, seen molded in white on the dragon on the girls right shoulder.

spike rimmed set of eyes, seen on the dragon on the girls left shoulder.

a ribbed fin or duck-foot, seen molded in blue on the dragon on the side of the box.

possible left and right single eyeballs with spike rims, seen on dragon on top of the girls head

possible alternate jaw, seen on same dragon, and on the box side.

there may also have been a body segment with a wing hole 1/2 way up the back, but these could have been made by punchng an extra hole.

I have included a scan of the box side for reference. The scan came from John Kolesar's site and I want to credit him. He also has scans of the box tops and ends.

Do any of these molds still exhist? Do any collectors have any of them?

Any information would be appreciated.
