Black Barr Hog

My Monkey dog bayed on a pretty good barr in a cypress swamp. Barr weighed about 180lbs. Barr was gimped up in a hind leg from an old injury so we released him to catch another day. Wish there was less brush, would have made a good pic.

100% hog dog for sale

I do not own a hair on this dog, a buddy just asked me to put her on here. I have hunted her alot and she is just too much dog for me. To talk about a dog getting gone, staying gone, and running a hog forever is one thing, but having a dog that will actually do it and keep your but in the woods all day and night is another.

5 1/2 year old walker gyp. Never been bred. Cold nose, hard bay dog (been cut a good bit but not crazy) and 100% broke. If you turn her out she will get gone and go hunting. She usually checks back in in about 20 minutes and can be caught pretty easily. If you do not catch her on the first check in you will have to go find her somewhere else. If she gets a faint whiff of hog on her first drop; do not try to call her, beg her or anything else, her brain flipps into "hog mode" and you are in for the long haul. She is open. If you trie to send another dog to her she will tighten up some to try to sneak away as she would rather be by herself...and truthfully she doesn't need any help. If you could right down all of the traits you want in a dog on a piece of paper she would have them all except she does it for her and not for you. She doesn't need you for anything but a ride to the woods. Like I said I don't own a hair on her

Call JJ Garris 1-251-246-3152 $2750
