I have 3 large black trash bags filled with clothing for a 3 toddler girl. There are several winter coats that look brand new. If anyone out there is in need, please email me at dbgonzalez@kc.rr.com or call me at 816-651-4712 and I will deliver them to you all for free. Don't be shy - I have been a single mom of 4 for years and years and I know it's hard to clothe your kids so if you know anyone that could use them let me know. I will end up taking them to KC end of next week for someone in the city.

My wife and I went to the Sushi place on Rice road (same area as Gorozo's) and came away quite impressed.

the rolls were awesome. the food was good. lunch menu looked to have great values on it...

you should try it..they have been under new ownership since September 08..

i didn't know they were there until i saw a coupon in the valu bundle that comes in the mail...who looks at those :)

Cell Phones and Driving

How many of you do it and think you are driving good? You aren't!
How many of you are tired of getting cut off by drivers on cell phones?

I ride a motorcycle and usually the people that nearly ruin my day are on a cell phone..

Who else agrees that we should ban cell phones and driving through the Grandview Triangle....imagine if you could get thru that thing 50% faster each night.

They say that drivers on cell phones slow traffic down by the at much...they keep greater distances (more than necessary) because their perception is they are closer because they need that much space to converse and react.

Drivers on cell phones accelerate slower when traffic starts moving and they slow down more than necessary because again...they are overloaded

I am looking for a high school student or someone who is interested in coming to my home Tues-Friday, 4pm-8pm. I will be working from home and need someone to come and play with my kids and feed them dinner while I work. I have 3 kids; 8,4 and 3. I will already have dinner made, it will just need warmed up. This will be an easy job however you cannot come and just "watch" my kids. I will need them to be entertained as I will be on the phone with customers and need the noise eliminated. I am having to relocate back to Lees Summit/Greenwood area from Southern FL. I will be back in mid Dec 2008. I need a apartment or home with 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. Rental. I can go to 900.00. Relocation is due to the Public Schools being so bad here. I have to get my 2 kids back in Lees Summit R-7 schools. Please no spam or offers of buying real estate.
