Twins Game

So, although I only stopped in for a little bit, the Twins showing in the rafters had fairly good numbers, and people seemed pleased.

So... Question,

If we (KPB) were to do this sort of thing more often, are there any recommendations on how we could run the event better? (different sports? different food? only big games? ... more chairs?)

I like Aladdin.
Who doesn't?

I thought we should get the guy who sings for Aladdin in the movie-- Caleb/Brad Kane (he changed his name). It's been a while, though, so I wonder if he would sing the Aladdin songs for us, or if he'd just get mad at us for asking.... :)

Anyone else love Aladdin?

And I personally don't believe those rumors that he has fleas...

KPB Members Names (KPB members!)

Hey KPB members...

Some of you seem not to have fully grasped the naming convention for this message board-- It should be "KPByourposition" (ex- KPBmovies), not your UMD username, although you can use that one for when you aren't a KPB member (if that happens).

I thought the KPBposition names would make it easier for people to see who is on the board and know who to pose questions to, etc.
Plus then the accounts will be pass-downable to KPB: The new class.

Plus, I'm only making accounts with the KPBname into moderator accounts.

Anyway, register another account if you like, otherwise we can just make next year's board do it. :)

Registration, Posting & Uploading 101

1. Do I have to register to use this board?
   Posting and replying to posts requires registration. The message board can be viewed by registered and unregistered users. Registration is FREE, easy, confidential, and fast.

2. How do I register?

3. Member name, signature, and avatar guidelines:
   We will not approve offensive member names or names which contain "KPB" because that is reserved for moderators/KPB members. There is no avatar option on this forum. Do not include images in your signature or they will be removed.

4. How do I post something?

5. Where is my post?
   After you submit a post or new thread, it must wait for moderator approval before it will appear on the message board. It will usually be approved within 2 days of submission.

6. Posting guidelines:
   All posts are approved by moderators before they appear here. A profanity filter and a HTML filter are active. You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy or integrity, or otherwise violative of any law. THE KPB PHOTO CONTEST
When posting a photo, please post it in the PHOTO POSTING THREAD by either using the Attachments feature on this forum or providing a link to a photo on the web.

The photo must be AT a KPB event or with some object displaying the KPB logo. At least one person in the photo must attend UMD.

The most creative or entertaining photos will be eligible to win contest prizes (TBA). There will be only one prize per person in the photo. Larger prizes will be one prize per photo regardless of number of people in it.

The photos will be judged by the members of the board who will pick the winner(s).

Don't upload obscene/offensive or copyrighted images. They will be rejected before they reach this board.
