Neways Extramin

Hi People!

I was wondering if anyone has experiences with Extramin which is made and sold by Neways International.
Neways is a multi level marketing company... similar to Usana and they also make good and effective products.

Anyway... They use a 0.3% hypericin extract and also add valerian, some B vitamins and folic acid think.

Has anyone got experience or any info on this Product?

hi there up until october i had been on efexor for seven years ,my gp said i was not depressed anymore and stopped my dose down to 75ml every second day when i stopped efexor i felt like hell with withdrawal but finally made it. the last few weeks i have been down so on sunday i got sjw i hope it works . iam going out today for my works day out is it ok to drink alcohol with sjw .

Dear all,

I am currently doing an essay on Hypericum.Unfortunately I cannot find any info on how hypericum' active ingredient hypericin can be digested in the human body.Anybody know a book or scinetific paper that deals with this subject.....if not any general facts would be appreciated.

Hi folks,
Been having a look through this site and decided to join as im back on that same old road to hell again!
I have just purchased some sjw 333mg (1000 mcg hypericin)..now im very confused!
Apparently this is a stronger strengh so only 1 capsule a day is recommended...so why is it that 300mg tabs you can take 3 a day??..Hmmmm, very confusing, or is it just my state of mind at the mo!Could anyone help me please to try and understand this??

-Others disagree and say that they do...

-However, this site sells HBC products... so who do I believe

I am looking at buying a SJW product... but I dont know how to believe...

St Johns Wort - First time taker and some questions

Hi guys and gals,

22 year old male here, soon to be 23. Anyway to cut it short I tried a few months back, lexapro. I don't have suicidial thoughts or anything like that, nothing even remotly extreme. I just thought it would help me feel better overall about myself and life, semi low self esteem, low confidance, negative thoughts, a bit of anxiety about topics directly happening. But there were nasty side effects! So I stopped after a few days because I felt HORRIBLE.

Anyway this is week 3 of ST Johns, I have been taking two pills two times a day, morning and night. I noticed I slightly feel better, but its hard to tell. My st johns wort is hypericin 0.9mg, aerial parts extract 300mg, its by natures resource. Is this a good kind? it does say on the back, two pills 3 times a day. But I thought I would start with just two, and I am on week three starting yesterday still at 2 pills 2 times a day. I am not sure if I should try adding two more, or just waiting a little longer to see if there is any additional changes. I still bite my nails haha, but Ive been doing that for years. Just thought I would ask.

hello everybody, Ive been on Effexor (venlafaxin) for four years, really worked on me but withdrawall symptoms were HELL, brain shivers,VERTIGO, SHAKING, UNCONTROLLED THOUGHTS. BLURRED AND STRAINED VISION, CRYING, BODY AND BRAIN ZAPS, LOSS OF CONTROL IN MY LIFE AND THOUGHTS, WATER RETENTION , to name some.

Advice on seredyn and anxiety?

Hi,
I've come across this product called Seredyn that says it brings near immediate relief from anxiety and/or panic attacks, I was just wondering whether anybody knew whether it was good or not? And if so, if I can take it with SJW?

natures medicines seem to be a pretty reputable UK company, but i just wondered whether anyone knew anyhing about Seredyn, whether its actually as wonderful as it sounds? I had a period of several months a couple of years back where I had quite a few panic attcks, just short but pretty intense, and I was depressed all through that time as well, for no real reason that I know of! I came through it - again I'm not entirely sure how - but then I've had a really stressful last year or so and finally got a break a couple of weeks back, and then I've started getting panic attacks again, I think its a reaction to the end of all the stress. But I could do with something to just get me over it and I really dont want to use any meds with side affects and withdrawal problems, I'm kinda paranoid about doctors and meds anyway which is a real pain in the neck but its easier for me to bring myself to use herbal stuff than prescribed chemical stuff. And I dont think I'm ill enough to really need them, but that could just be paranoia and self-delusion talking. But I'd still rather try herbal stuff first.

Can anyone help? And even if you cant, thanks for just reading this far down such a ramble.

SJW worked for a while

Hello, I was on this board under another name but I couldn't remember what it was so I'm back under a new one. About 6 months ago I started SJW and this board and SJW helped me a GREAT deal. I take 900mg a day and after my body got used to it.. the changes were AMAZING. It was like coming out of a huge fog. I experienced optimism for the first time. I didn't have that constant anxious 'running around' in my head thing happening.

But now things are bad. The past 2 months, starting with watching the birth of my nephew, I have been having severe panic attacks. So bad I'm afraid I'll hurt myself. I tried and tried for 2 months now to ride it out. They're almost everyday. I eventually borrowed some xanax off a friend to get me through while I sorted my head out and now I'm afraid to stop taking them because of how bad the panic attacks will be.

I went to my doctor last night and she says the only way to treat panic disorder is with depression and that the panic attacks could be a relapse of depression starting.

I have no idea what is going on with me.

Why would the SJW work so, so well. It gave me clarity I have never experienced and then seemingly just stop working?

My doctor wants me to go back on anti-depressants (will find out my thursday appt which one) and I'm leary because they made me feel numb and not like myself and I told her that but we didn't have time to fully discuss it, so, like I said, thursday we will.

I'm terrified the panic attacks will get so bad I'll have to check myself into a hospital! I feel I may have to.

I had no idea where else to rant. Any insight anyone has, anything to say, anything, will help me a great deal.

I would like to know how/when I would know that st johns wort was ready to harvest, also what parts of it should I use?
Should it be used for tea or in a vaporizer?

I am using it for a type of anxiety and I noticed in the studies they mention that an 0.3 % Hypericum, will that amount still be in homegrown st johns and if so how much of a plant should I use per dose/

My son died nearly 2 years ago.

Now I do not expect ever to feel happy again thats OK I accept that but I seem to be in bits and carry on only be pretending to be me.

I sleep all night and take naps in the day, I have to be careful not to nap for too long or else I cannot sleep at night.

I have no interest in eating - but cannot stop eating (sounds daft I know).

Will STW help me stay awake and control my eating?

Does it make you tired? I don't need that,lol.
Is it helpful as a tea or best another way?
