So uh... this doesn't really help anybody since you can't order them anymore, but I'm posting it anyway.

I'm sorry I haven't posted in so long! Life is crazy busy! I started my final semester of grad school last month, had big projects to take care of at work, trying to hire new people to work in my lab, and bought myself my first brand new car (early graduation present from me to me)!!

A wonderful friend of mine sent these colors my way, and I absolutely love them!

These are three colors from "A Stone's Throw" limited edition colors from June 2008.

I have been looking for a dupe of BE Sand Dollar, and finally was able to re-create the shade by mixing equal parts of Knights on Horses and Moonlight Whimsy. Just thought I would give you all a heads up, in case you're wanting a dupe of that shade too.

Pressing piggies

I know that some of you have been pressing your piggies and I decided to give it a try...........well now I am HOOKED.

I ordered a ton of pallettes, pans and binder and have been doing if for about a week and a half.

I have found it to be really helpful for me. It has saved a TON of space, I can see more pigments in a glance without having to open a ton of jars, and best of all it really shows the TRUE color of the piggie without having to swipe it on your hand. I have a lot of browns and plums that look fairly similar in the pot but completely different on the skin.....pressing them allows me to see the real underlying color right away.

It's really addicting and I think that I will get a ton more use out of piggies that I wouldn't normally reach for.

Just my opinon!

Good morning peeps!

I didn't think I could pull off wearing Knights Trump Dwarves (it seems really dark in the pot).

I'm wearing Be Who You Are from lash to brow.
Whirled and Twirled on the inner 1/2 of lid.
Knights Trump Dwarves on the outer 1/2 of lid and in the crease contour.
Also, wet-lined with One Broken Stilletto on upper and lower lash lines.

Maybelline Microfiber volumizing mascara and BE Platinum mascara on the lashes.

Cashmere Kisses in Smooch Me all over my face.

I decided to give one of Heather's ideas a try; I really wanted to use Three Evil Chicks and she had 6 combinations to chose from. I laid them all out on the counter & went with this one:
Fairy Dust Frenzy - All over lid up to brow bone
Fairest Of The All - Middle area of lid
Three Evil Chicks - Lined upper & lower lashes
Simple but I really like it!

Whirled & Twirled (inner 1/2 of lid)
One Broken Stiletto (outer 1/2 of lid)
Knights Trump Dwarves (crease and v)
Snowcapped (highlight)
Maybelline Liquid wp e/l (upper lash line)
UD 24/7 pencil in Lust (lower lash line)
L'oreal Voluminous wp m/s

Excuse the lashes, they look wonky today.

Has anyone had trouble e-mailing Heather? I've tried e-mailing her today notifying her a pigment was left out of my latest order and it was sent back with a delivery failure notification. I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem?

Could not think of another way to combine the names so here is what I did today. I am having so much fun that sometimes it is hard to wait for the next day to play!!
Ignore the Talking Mirror - Inner Lid
Voluntary Mayhem - Outer Lid/V Area/Crease
Over Coiffed - Below Brows
Then a little "BE Ice Queen" to lighten up the lid a little as the blues were lookin a little dark for daytime, but would be awesome for a night look then you could add lower lash lined with Ignore the Talking Mirror
