The room is perfect for healing workshops/seminar, meditation/support groups
and even individual sessions.
We provide comfortable seating in beautiful surroundings.
The room comfortably holds up to 15-20 people, and is close to restaurants and lodging

FUN-damental Meditation for Kids (ages 5 to 12)

Most people would think that meditation would be difficult
for a child since it is difficult for most adults.
On the contrary.
Meditation gives children the opportunity to use their
imaginations without limits.
Its like listening to a story, but instead of looking at
the pictures in the book, they create the pictures in their
minds assisting them in

developing their creativity.
Meditation also helps children to build self confidence and gain focus
which helps them in all aspects of their lives including
academic, athletic and social.
In addition, they begin to understand their emotions, helping them to
develop better relationships.

Heart Yoga is a unique style utilizing ancient Hatha yoga practices. It works on both our insides with visualizations & meditations, and our outside with breath and postures. The practices will brighten our lives on and off the yoga mat. We will use mostly strengthening and stretching postures with some balance poses. Suited for those new and returning to yoga.

Restorative Yoga
Tuesdays 9:30-10:15 Am
Adults of all ages are welcome to enjoy a renewed rejuvenation from this eclectic practice. All levels will benefit from the strengthening, stretching and balancing we will practice for our body, mind and spirit. We will try gentle movements such as Qi Gong, Yin Yoga, and restorative yoga practices. There will be challenges for the advanced and adaptations for those new to yoga. You can even do it in a chair!

Instructor Laura Joko Long is a local Accupressurist and long time Yoga practitioner of many styles. She will bring her knowledge of ancient and modern methods of health and harmonization with her to class as she shares the secrets of the ages in her fun style.

Fees: Drop in $10, $30 per month, $115 for full series.

For those attending full term, each week we will add to the program and progress over the time together. The class can be used for drop in when you can as well.

Bring a yoga mat and/or a large beach towel & bottle of water . Those familiar with props bring what you have. Clothing should be comfortable, and stretchy. You will be with out shoes on your mat on the floor (or chair for restorative yoga if needed). Don't use scented products such as lotion and fragrance. Best not to eat a heavy meal 2 hours before.

This is an office space that could be a lot of different things, there is 4 windows, kitchen area, bathroom with shower, waiting area, brand new 2 glass entrance doors, storage. There is also a phone system installed which isn't included but could be!! I used it as an office space, also could be used for a massage therapist because there our outlets for a washer and dryer if needed. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED!
