Check out the link below, remember with power lifting you can just can just compete in one or two events or participate in all of them. They will also have a competition for the strength sports. Check it out, it would be nice to have some company at this event.

New PR'S

As usual this week was an inspiration at Myles Ahead. Every time I go through the doors I get fired up. All those bright and shining faces; well let me rephrase that, all the grunts/groans, the sound of huge weights crashing to the floor, and in some cases the tell tale drops of sweat around a workout area, makes me want to work harder to accomplish my goals, both in the gym and in my personal life. I don't know if many of you keep track of the PR board. It might be worth your time to see some of the new PR'S that were posted this week. Andy and Carol are making huge gains in the CDL area.
I would like to say thanks to the whole Myles Ahead Family;you guys make my out look on life a lot brighter.

The Golden West Open has come and gone, and I have to say it was a pleasure watching the Myles Ahead Team in action. I admire everyone that got out there and moved the weights. Amy, Rachael, and Sarah you showed no mercy. Way to go. Tom, Paul, John Logan, and Scott you are My Hero's.

google.com has a maps section that lists the address of various businesses, you can upload photos and videos asociated with a physical address. you can also write testimonials of a business.
