No Democratic nomination fight has lasted through all 50 states, and by the end, both Obama and Hilary Clinton collected roughly 18 million votes more than any primary contenders who came before them. Could Obama also take the Presidential seat?

Officers in Sean Bell Trial Acquitted

Friday was judgment day in the Sean Bell trial. And Justice Arthur Cooperman found the three even one officer who reloaded his gun to squeeze off 31 rounds not guilty of all charges of manslaughter, assault and reckless endangerment. (READ MORE)

After eight weeks, 56 witnesses and hundreds of hours of testimony, Queens Supreme Court Justice Arthur Cooperman acquitted the three police officers - Detectives Michael Oliver, Gescard Isnora and Marc Cooper - who killed Bell on his wedding day with a 50-bullet barrage.

In announcing the verdict, Cooperman said he found problems with the prosecution's case. He said some prosecution witnesses contradicted themselves, and he cited convictions and incarcerations of witnesses.

"At times, the testimony just didn't make sense," Cooperman said, according to a transcript released by his office.

So....do you believe an injustice was done or do you belive officers were simply doing their job.

I can no more disown him than I can disown the black community. I can no more disown him than I can my white grandmother a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe.

These people are a part of me. And they are a part of America, this country that I love.

Working out w/ Diabetes
