Three Male Dogs Are Walking Down The Street.............

Three handsome male dogs are walking down the street when they see a beautiful, enticing, female Poodle.

The three male dogs fall all over themselves in an effort to be the one to reach her first, but end up arriving in front of her at the same time.

The males are speechless before her beauty, slobbering on themselves and hoping for just a glance from her in return.

Aware of her charms and her obvious effect on the three suitors, she decides to be kind and tells them, "The first one who can use the words 'liver' and 'cheese' together in an imaginative, intelligent sentence can go out with me."

The sturdy, muscular black Lab speaks up quickly and says, "I love liver and cheese."

"Oh, how childish," said the Poodle. "That shows no imagination or intelligence whatsoever."

She turns to the tall, shiny Golden Retriever and says "How well can you do?"

"Um. I HATE liver and cheese," blurts the Golden Retriever.

"My, my," said the Poodle. "I guess it's hopeless. That's just as dumb as the Lab's sentence."

She then turns to the last of the three dogs and says, "How about you, little guy?"

The last of the three, tiny in stature but big in fame and finesse, is the Taco Bell Chihuahua.

He gives her a smile, a sly wink, turns to the Golden Retriever and the Lab and says....

Liver alone. Cheese mine.

    Three men were hiking through a forest when they came upon a large raging, violent river. Needing to get to the other side, the first man prayed: "God, please give me the strength to cross the river."

     Poof! ... God gave him big arms and strong legs and he was able to swim across in about 2 hours, having almost drowned twice.

     After witnessing that, the second man prayed: "God, please give me strength and the tools to cross the river."

     Poof! ... God gave him a rowboat and strong arms and strong legs and he was able to row across in about an hour after almost capsizing once.

     Seeing what happened to the first two men, the third man prayed: "God, please give me the strength, the tools and the intelligence to cross the river."

     Poof! ... He was turned in to a woman. She checked the map, hiked one hundred yards up stream and walked across the bridge.

"If at first you don't succeed, do it the way your wife told you!"

It arrived at 9.30am and I had built it in 1hr and 45mins
Said a 2 man job but it was a "1 WOMAN JOB"

Two Roads

Some of you may know Gina Capone from another diabetes site. She has given me permission to present a question she has proposed in a thread on that site. Her thread has 48 replies there so far. Here is Gina's question:

"If you were given the chance to go back to before you were diagnosed and had two roads to take, one was the road that leads you up to the point you are at now with all that has come with diabetes and the other will lead you to a life without diabetes, which road would you take and why? "

I am anxious to see the replies given here.

Turkey With Popcorn Stuffing

12-16 lb. turkey
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is good)
1 cup of uncooked popcorn (Orville Redenbachers Low Fat)
salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brush turkey well with melted butter,salt,and pepper
Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn
Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven
Listen for the popping sounds
When the turkey's butt blows the oven door open and the turkey flies across the room, it is done.
