Okay, so I have to admit, I'm not much of a reader...but, I have fallen in love with the book "Battlecry for a Generation: the fight to save America's youth" by Ron Luce.

If you have a heart for young people and you wanna find ways to relate to them...and REALLY see what they are going through...it's a GREAT read...even if you don't like to read :-)

Medication Help

Hello everyone,

My mother uses program called Prescription Hope because it is hard for her to pay for her extremely expensive medication that she is on. There is not allot of help for people out there who are in need so I wanted to tell everyone about this who are on monthly medication. Prescription Hopes phone number is 877-296-4673 they charge $7 a month for the medication.

I have just finished the Left Behind series by LaHaye and Jenkins and they are amazing! There are 12 books in the series and it is about what will happen once Jesus comes back for his true followers. These are a must read!

I am currently reading Facing Your Giants by Max Lucado. It is an outstanding book!! Every problem we face is scary and this book brings those situations (your giants) right back to scripture and how we can face them with God by our side. If you haven't seen the movie Facing The Giants, I also recommend that!

Waiting for better technology to save money

Maybe I'm inept, but I don't think the coupon websites are that great. I have to use a whole sheet of paper for 1 little coupon!!! Some will match up the coupons you clip from the paper with sales. But I have a firm dislike of clipping coupons. And carrying them, finding them, storing them etc. There is technology that I read about where Kroger can have you log into a website, and you download the coupons you want onto your keyfab and then redeem them at the store. I might be into that, so I hope they get it going soon.

I found The Jane Austen Handbook by Margaret C. Sullivan at the library. It's so cute I think I will buy it. It gives background to Jane Austen's culture and the way the world was when she wrote Pride and Prejudice and other her other books. Thank God I was born when I was, because I could never be an "accomplished lady." I hate sewing and can't play a musical instrument. Still I managed to "marry well."
