Feeling so down and upset

I miss my friend Terri sooooo much, i've just been sitting here crying.
I just want to beable to see her again and give her a big hug.
I still can't believe i'm never going to see her again, its so unfair.
Why did it have to happen to the best friend i could ever have wished for?
I'm gonna miss her like crazy for the rest of my life.
I had a girls night in last weekend and i didn't even enjoy that because she should have been there and that was all i could think of.
I'd do anything to just beable to see her 1 last time, i didn't even get the chance to say goodbye to her.
I just want to cry and cry.

Cold spots

Last night i was feeling really low because i was missing my friend Terri who passed suddenly and unexpectedly back in November at the age of 21.

Then all of a sudden the room just went icy cold!

As though Terri was there trying to comfort me. . .

I am finding myself much more comfortable after switching to an organic diet but I would like to get to know of some good organic drinks and their recipes so that I have a choice of some liquid supplement. I have a few pets at home and am seriously thinking about them too to switch them over to organic food. Thanks for your ideas!
