: Storage usage for the file uploading utility

If you are not familiar with what the File Uploading Utility is, please read this support article first.

Storage usage refers to the total amount of space that the files uploaded to your message board are using.

Every file uploaded to your message board has a specific size (e.g. 22K). The sum of the size of each file uploaded to your message board is the total amount of storage used.

If you exceed the allocated storage space, users will not be able to upload additional files. In this case, you can purchase one of our larger file uploading packages that allow more storage space and bandwidth or disable file uploading.
