: Why aren't the avatars loading correctly?

If the user has given a URL rather than uploading the avatar, it is also possible that the URL they specified was incorrect. Please click here to view the support article that provides more information regarding invalid image URLs.

It is also possible that avatars have been disabled on the message board. You can check if avatars are disabled by following the directions below:

1. Login to your Website Toolbox account
2. Click the "General Settings" link
3. If the width or height textboxes next to "Avatar / Picture Size" have been set to "NA", that means avatars are disabled. You can enable avatars by setting the avatar width and height to a numerical value such as 45.
