: Accounts that have never been activated

A member of your topsite can activate their account by sending at least 1 hit/click to the topsite using the HTML code provided to them when they signed up for the topsite.

If the member has lost the HTML code, a copy of the HTML code is available when the user logs into their topsite account.

Accounts that have never been activated are the accounts which have never sent any hits/clicks to the topsite. This usually means that the member did not place their topsite HTML code on their website or that they will not be a highly participating member.
