: The Email Users function

The Email Users function can be used to email all of your users at once.

Our system currently supports sending an email to a maximum of 60 recipients for free. For a mailing list with greater than 60 recipients, you can either copy the email addresses and send the email using your own email system or you can use our system to send the email for a fee of $0.02 per recipient after the 60 free recipients. For example, if you use our system to email 300 recipients, 60 of the recipients will be emailed for free and there will be a $0.02 fee for the other 240 recipients, creating a total charge of $4.80. If you copy the email addresses and use your own system to send the actual emails, there will be no charge.

Using the Email Users function to send spam will result in having the function disabled.

If you would like to respond to a single user directly, you should use the email link located in the user's profile* or next to their post on your message board or guestbook.

The topsite system does not currently support sending an email to more than 60 recipients, even for a fee.
