: Restricting pending members

If you have Membership Approval activated in the General Settings section of the Website Toolbox members area, you can restrict pending members using the following methods.

- In the General Settings section of the Website Toolbox members area, you can set the profile viewing level and/or message board viewing level to Approved members only. If you have no forums in your message board, the thread and reply posting levels can also be set in this area.

- If you have forums in your message board, the thread posting level, reply posting level, and viewing level can be set for each forum while editing the forum in the Manage Forums section of the Website Toolbox members area.

Please note that if none of these options are set to Approved members only, pending members will have no restrictions.
