: How do I change my Website Toolbox username?

Only paid members can change their username. Accounts that are in free trial mode or disabled mode will not be permitted to change their username.

Simply email Technical Support with your current username and the desired username.

Please note that changing your Website Toolbox username will require you to update the URLs to your tools as well. This must be done because the username in the URL will need to be changed to the new username.

Changing your username will not cause you to lose any of your account data. Your account will remain exactly the same even after the username has been changed.

Also note that your desired username cannot contain any symbols, spaces, or capital letters. Your username cannot be longer than 25 characters in length.

Your desired username must not already be taken. If you have already created an account using your desired username, please delete the account before making a username change request.
