: What happens if I reach a maximum in one of my tools?

If a forum reaches the 2,500 threads maximum, a new thread causes the oldest thread in that forum to be deleted so that the forum remains at 2,500 threads.

To work around this limitation, simply create a new forum called "Archive" and then move some of the threads to that forum when your main forum is reaching 2,500 threads.

Another option is to lock the forum when it reaches 2,500 threads. Locking a forum will prevent new posts from being made in it. You can lock a forum in the Manage Forums section of the Website Toolbox members area.


Guestbooks
If you reach the maximum number of entries, a new entry causes the oldest entry to be deleted so that the guestbook remains at 15,000 entries.


Polls
If you reach the maximum number of polls, you will have to delete one of your polls before you can create another.


Links Pages
If you reach the maximum number of links, a new link causes the oldest link to be deleted so that the links page remains at 300 links.


Topsites
If you reach the maximum number of members, you will have to delete a few inactive members before more members will be permitted to join.
