What happens if I reach a maximum in one of my tools?

Forums
If a forum reaches the 20,000 topics maximum, a new topic causes the oldest topic in that forum to be deleted so that the forum remains at 20,000 topics.

To work around this limitation, simply create a new forum called "Archive" and then move some of the topics to that forum when your main forum is reaching 20,000 topics.

Another option is to lock the forum when it reaches 20,000 topics. Locking a forum will prevent new posts from being made in it. You can lock a forum in the Manage Forums section of your Website Toolbox account.

If a topic reaches the limit of containing 5,000 replies, users will not be able to post any more replies to the topic.


Guestbooks
If you reach the maximum number of entries, a new entry causes the oldest entry to be deleted so that the guestbook remains at 15,000 entries.


Links Pages
If you reach the maximum number of links, a new link causes the oldest link to be deleted so that the links page remains at 3,000 links.


Topsites
If you reach the maximum number of members, you will have to delete a few inactive members before more members will be permitted to join.
