: How to enable or disable transcripts

The transcripts feature can automatically save all conversations that occur in user channels, system channels, or private messages to be recorded and saved to your Website Toolbox account.

This feature is only available for paid chat rooms.

You can toggle user channel or private message transcript recording by following the instructions below:

1. Login to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the General Settings link under the Your Message Board section.
3. Toggle the Record transcripts for user channels and/or Record transcripts for private messages option under the General options section.
4. Submit your changes.

You can toggle system channel transcript recording by following the instructions below:

1. Login to your Website Toolbox account.
2. Click the Manage Channels link under the Your Message Board section.
3. Click the Edit option in the Manage dropdown menu next to the channel of your choice.
4. Toggle the Record transcripts for this channel option.
5. Submit your changes.
