: Limit stays at 3 users even after the chat room is purchased

Internally your chat room user limit will be increased to 25 immediately after your chat room membership is purchased. However, those settings cannot go live on your chat room until all users are disconnected from the chat room. Once your chat room is empty the settings will be applied and the 3 user limit will be raised to 25. See the "When will my setting changes take effect?" support article for more information.
