: How do I un-ban someones email or ip address?
You can un-ban someones IP address by following the directions below:
- Login to your Website Toolbox account.
- Click the IP Address Banning link located toward the top left of the page.
- Erase the IP address and comment corresponding to the person you would like to un-ban.
- Submit your changes.
Please note that if you are using the message board tool with member registration activated, the persons email address may have been banned as well.
To un-ban the persons email address please follow the directions below:
- Login to your Website Toolbox account.
- Click the Email Banning link.
- Erase the email address and comment corresponding to the person you would like to un-ban.
- Submit your changes.
